Inspire promotes the well-being of Bangladeshi women aged between 18 to 65 years living in the Tower Hamlets are as part of a borough-wide mental health care consortium. The project targets women who are socially isolated and experiencing mental health issues. It aims to empower individuals and encourage integration back into the community by building self-confidence through group activities as well as one-to-one support.
